The QR-475 is the stylish and perfect tool for time and attendance registration and working time calculation for ease of use in the payroll work for up to 100 persons and 3 working shifts per day. The sophisticated programming allows to recognize only those working hours that are relevant for the payroll and those can be accumulated within the selected payroll period. If desired, overtime hours can be registered and accumulated separately.
Regardless which working hours model you are using or plan to use the QR-475 registers and calculates precisely the effective working hours with or without separate overtime accumulation and will ease your payroll tasks significantly!
• Comfortable punch time recording in 6 columns and 32 lines for up to 100 persons
• Two color printing - red printing for punches outside the programmed working hours or break times
• Working hours registration and calculation with daily total and accumulated total or accumulated

• Flex time, Fix time and part time programs with up to 3 break periods, f.e. with flexible lunch time

Information on the punch card:
1) Month, printed only with the first punch of the card in the new month
2) Date, alternatively weekday Mo-Sun (for weekly or 2-weekly payroll)
3) First IN-Registration in column 3, f.e. in work shift environments
4) Red print for IN / OUT - registration outside the prorammed working hours (= core time violation) or break time minimum / maximum
5) Special mark printing for missing punches within a line
Rounding possibilities
Rounding of the working hours:
The daily working hours can be set to be rounded for full 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20 or 30 Minutes, meaning when printing the daily hours the result will be rounded up or down to full 10 minutes for example.
Rounding of the punchtime: The IN / OUT punch time registration can be set to be rounded for 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 20 or 30 Minutes, meaning at the printing of the actual IN / OUT registration the rounding will take place immediately and the printed actual punch time will be rounded up or down by the set value.
Overtime calculation in 3 variations:
1. At the end of the normal working hours:
f.e. all hours worked after 18:00 hrs are overtime hours. Printing of accumulated ∑ daily total hours and accumulated ∑ overtime hours.
2. Daily working hours limitation:
f.e. in the case of 8 regular working hours per day. All hours worked in excess of 8 hours are overtime hours. Printing of accumulated ∑ daily total hours and accumulated ∑ overtime hours.
3. Weekly, 2-weekly or monthly working hours limitation:
f.e. in the case of 40 regular weekly working hours. All hours worked in excess of 40 hours are overtime. Printing of accumulated ∑ daily total hours and accumulated ∑ overtime hours.

Battery for saving time and settings in case of power failure is standard and built in.
Battery for printing during power outage is available as an option (battery pack).
After being fully charged it allows printing of 100 punches within 24 hours.
